A free Glossary of foreign language terms in Volumes 1 and 2 is now available by email attachment from the Center Director. All foreign language in the text of Volume 2 and in key footnotes has been translated, but the editors of Volume 1 did not do this. So this Glossary can be very helpful. It will also be useful to readers of Volume 2 since foreign terms and phrases are translated only the first time they appear in a given document.
